A fun fact about Chicken Wing Day - Do you know that it was created by accident in Buffalo, New York? Everyone was so obsessed with the wings that the city of Buffalo declared July 29 Chicken Wing Day.

- Fatburger's Chicken Wing Platter

Hailing from the USA, Fatburger is best known for its juicy burgers and buffalo wings. With America's love for fried chicken wings, Fatburger definitely know their stuff!
The juicy wings are fried to perfection and coated with a sauce of your choosing. But what's buffalo wings without trying their fiery death valley sauce? You can even host a friendly competition with your team to see who can down the most wings. We'd recommend preparing a carton of milk beforehand!

- Pinto Thai's Stuffed Chicken Wing Platter

Not your regular fried chicken wings - Pinto Thai's version are stuffed with vegetables and pork.
These wings are labour intensive as the bones are carefully removed from the meat to prevent the wings from falling apart. Grounded pork and vegetables are then stuffed into the chicken and deep-fried.
Dip this in sweet chili sauce and complement it with ice-cold beer. Very good for Friday afternoon mood boosters in the office!

One of the most well-known fried chicken joint in Singapore.
Caterfresh's chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a secret blend of spices and fried on high heat. The result? You get savoury and crunchy thin skin without being overly greasy. The fried chicken also retains the juiciness of the meat.

Our favourite Indonesian fried chicken dish!
Marinated with a variety of herbs and spices, the chicken is first broiled and then fried to golden. The ayam penyet is pounded with a wooden mallet to loosen the flesh from the bone before serving. Tear into the sinfully fried chicken and gobble it up with white rice, fried tempe, beancurd and spicy sambal belacan.
